Sorry for the delay, issue exists in the Toxicant Model

Enhancements:

  • Update Hydrodynamic Linkage and dynamic timestep algoriths when linked with EFDC hydrodynamic model.

  • Added additional phytoplankton light growth functions. Eutrophication model now has the following light growth formulations: Steele, Half Saturation, Smith and Jassby-Platt
